![]() Two who gave system specs had GeForce 5 series Cards Everyone I found (not saying there are not exceptions) having this problem is running Windows 7 I did some reading on this and got the following information (which is not too much help): ![]() You Have: Realtek High Definition lilbags34 & RomellBrapBrap You Have: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit Minimum: Windows Vista 64bit, Window 7 64bit, Windows 8 64bit You Have: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2670QM CPU 2.20GHz Minimum: Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz or Athlon X2 2.7 GHz Minimum: DirectX 10 or 11 compatible card, ATI Radeon 3870 or higher, NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT or higher with 512MB graphics memory, Intel HD Graphics 2500 or higher Yes my Win 7 have service Pack 1, my video card support DX10+ and I have the latest videocard installed. ![]() We might want to rather skip that fix for now and see if we can identify the problem first. Do you have the latest drivers for your video card installedītw I did find a solution that according to those with the same problem that tried it, it worked. So the following may seem stupid questions, but we may to start by process of elimination: Since you are running Windows 7, I don't see the point of compatibility mode yet.
